Default What I did yesterday..5 hrs of goodness

Couldn't wait, dug right into tearing the front end off. As your "gut" pile of stuff that isn't going back in the car grows one gets a little concerned...It all went back together without issue. Can't really think of anything to add that hasn't been already said about the install?
I'm not sure what the new "cutouts" on the end bells are for? But if I installed them hidden I lost 3/4" exposed surface area so I decided function over looks.
I removed my front plate since I was there and have wanted to do it since day one, all in all love the whole package and by far the most rewarding mod for me to date.
The only casuality was I removed the running/blinker lamp since the headlights were out and the right side was burnt out, well couldn't get a bulb from part store and dropped it in the process. After all went back together the flasher on that side is running at warp speed!! Suck factor of 6 has to be do to that bulb as you don't touch anything electrical in the FMIC install, Now I guess Run to stealership for lamps?

Default dude, your fmic is UPSIDE DOWN!!! Those cutouts are to make room for the bumper....

they were notched out so that the bumper would fit without putting strain on the fmic. It was redesigned this way, the old way did not have the notches and lead to cracking of the welds on the end tanks.
