Whats the best Spring & Shock.......
package out there for better handling without
much of a rough ride?? I have 18" wheels on
my 2002 TTQC.

Not as big as an issue as chips...
Most agree that the shocks should be Bilstein sports. Springs are divided between H&R sports and Eibach (sp?). H&R drop the car a little more.
Basic cost... one TT mod unit (i.e., $1,000) installed (+/-)

I have the Bilstein PSS9's which have adjustable damping and ride height...
If you want a softer ride turn 'em down. If you want a nice tight ride crank 'em up.
The harshness is all relative though. I don't think it is too harsh at all. I've only had them for about 2 weeks but have REALLY enjoyed them.
I dropped about 1.25 inches.
