if i have wheel bolts right now that are 27mm long and I add a 8mm spacer the 35mm bolt is the right one correct?

Yep. If aftermarket wheel, make sure to get the conical seat bolt.

Yes that looks right, since you are staying with OEM wheels, the longer bolts
