When i replace my new head unit, what will the screen in my dash say instead of track info?

Thought it might be blak or say ERR or something. But again. instead of help i get sarcasm
im just better off reading posts on here because every time i post. no matter how polite. i rarely get a fair or kind answer.

Consider that this question regarding non-OEM H/U's has been asked and answered a bazillion times...
and rather than replying "Search, and you will know" to a rather obvious answer, I interjected some humor, as others have.
As I said, 'What did you think would happen?'
You could have possibly phrased your question that way to avoid the sarcasm.
I would think the fact that nothing would be displayed once you sever the connection with the OEM H/U to the cars system, would be obvious.
That fact also that the display area in question is shared by other functions should also have given you a clue to the result.
