You can't-- you have to get a shop (or yourself) paint the housings.

Default You can ship them to Wetworks garage in So. Cal and have them
back in 4 days. Of course, you'd be unable to drive your car during that time.

Default No, just the outside surface of the housing. Try Wetworks like VenTTed said or
search here a bit. Someone painted them themselves and posted about the process on this forum. I don't remember who did it though.
