Where can I get some 2mm spacers? Anyone make them that small and still hubcentric?

Default I just bought a set from ECS...
they don't have any hub centering lip on them since they're so small. There will be plenty exposed from the hub itself.

I need a little breathing room with my HRE's....too close to my KW's.
