Default AoA now understands problem and the PROBLEM is there is no fix from them at this stage...

Head Audi mechanic for HBL zeroed in on problem and informed AoA...their nation wide 'solution' was to retro the 'G' model OEM DV (DV on cars now is 'E' model), but obvious this is not a solution and is temporary at best. I have confirmed that a permanent fix is in works, but no ETA, soooo Bailey here I come...already pulled OEM DV and await Bailey. HBL did call Ellen and me to say 'G' model DV is in but they admitted that it would not be permanent solution.

They said that the H valve is the permanent solution, but is there any evidence of this? I've been through this too many times before. Did they say what the H valve is? Another Bosch product?

Default Latest to pick up 225s have said they had no problems...

Audi seems to follow a pattern of putting new parts into production vehicles while their supplier(s) ramp up production, then when they have excess they ship those to the field as replacement parts. The reports from the few who have picked up their new vehicles in the past week or so leaves me hopeful the "H" part is out there and that it works...
