why is my car completely dead?
battery is about 1 month old. i just went to go start it at work on my lunch break, the car unlocked and flashed like usual, then when i got in and went to start, all of the sudden there was zero power, and i mean zero. as if the battery was removed from the car, no lights, no odometer readout, nothing. i have yet to hook it up to jumper cables but wouldn't i have at least SOME power if the battery was dead? any ideas?

Alternator?
Just did mine last week... same problem. Even after the fix, i charged the battery but it was shot, would hold juice, and everything ran, but wouldnt crank over because there was no cranking power...

but it's weird because there was power then all of the sudden no power.
would the alternator have anything to do with that? i mean even if it wouldn't start you would still have some sort of sign of power??
