Default No.

Won't change camber, caster, or toe as those are functions of suspension components and geometry, not wheel/tire sizes or widths.

It does change some handling characteristics which come about from changes in track width. But that's the goal!

Default agree, alignment addresses only camber and toe-in on the TT

there are suspension parameters that aren't checked during wheel alignment that have significance to steering precision AND handling...
if interested: read up on "scrub radius"
