Default I sure hope so. I haven't hear of anyone get denied.

Dealer says if timing belt snaps on its own then its not covered, but if it snaps due to a faulty waterpump or tensioner...you're good.

Default why would it not be covered if it snapped on its own?

sounds like a faulty part to me.

Default I think you'd know for sure if it snapped, as for proof, dealer will have to diagnose.

Timing belts don't normally snap on their own. All 60K related problems with timing belts come from same sources...water pump and tensioner. If T-belt breakes before its time one of the above causes is probably to blame.

If it had snapped, your car would not run. Why do you think there's a problem?
