Will a non resonated milltek exhaust pass emissions tests, and how much louder than resonated is it?

TIA guys, expecting a post Xmas purchase for the TT still debating chip or exhaust - i like the idea of the Dahlback chip but am having justifying the extra 300 bucks... as far exhaust is concerned, i just cannot decide........

Should be no problem with emissions test. Non-resonated is not too loud. Great sound on my TTR.
