Wind blowing sound when I turn off my car, is like a honk going soft, like a wolf singing,any ideas?

Not very sure, but if you are using a stock DV, the diaphargm could have a tear in it >>>
though in that case it should honk a bit even while accelerating. Good place to start diagnosis anyways.
