Window stuck down

Window stuck down
Audi TT 2000
Driver side window stuck down, I can here the motor trying to work.
The cable is not broken.
Can someone help me diagnose the problem please?
I think their may be a problem with the spring hanging out.
Should the long black piece be screwed in, or is the black piece broken?
