Well even Freud said some times a cigar is just a cigar (for your sake I hope so) ;-)

Default lol.....I am SO flattered, dont worry...you are not alone, Rahul has these

all the time. He emails me in private and tells me about them, they are usually pretty strange... (he has issues) but he is afraid that people will think him strange.

I say that you celebrate my appearance =-D

Default Decided that subtlety was better and went with garlic mashed potatoes since this was my first time

to attempt mashing 3 lbs of potatoes and with the tuna and Pinot, garlic seemed like the better idea - turned out delicious - esp. for the 1st time.

But I do need some sauces to go with tuna and shrimp - they just don't cut it alone.

I marinated the tuna in olive oil, lemon, salt/pepper and a bit of garlic and sesame seeds - but still was a little dry even though I only seared 2 minutes each side - next time 1.5 minutes/side and some delicious side sauce.

But I haven't done sauces before - so it's time to learn

Thanks for asking. Good mornin' from Dallas

Default I DID celebrate, with a cleansing shower and lotsa mouthwash...

Actually, here's what I remember... naw, forget it. Forum speculation is way better.

Truly, you were just there. No big deal, but pretty funny nonetheless. :-)
