Just purchased a 2008 TT, AWD, Mag ride v6 with 56,000 miles. Beyond happy with it.This will be my daily driver. However i doubt i will be able to leave it alone.I am very mechanically inclined and can not find a lot of info on the V6 aftermarket parts. I would like to start with maybe higher performance cams and headers if available.

Also what kind of transmission fluid is proper for this and at what mileage should it be changed along with the rest of the drivetrain since this is an AWD. I'm not the original owner so I want to go ahead and do a major service myself so i know the overall condition and have a good starting point.

I'm not a ton of help on this model, but you should be able to access the full Audi user manual for specs such as transmission fluid on https://www.audiusa.com/. You'll have to create an account and add your car, but the documentation and other information make it worthwhile.

Of course, there are plenty of other resources on the web, too...

My biggest problem is aftermarket parts. I have found out it is the same engine as the high end Volkswagens but i need to make sure i am ordering the correct parts.
