I sent an email on Sunday to APR, regarding my ECU return shipment, The Lady replied to me on Monday saying that we have received the payment and she said "it should ship today (Monday)". I really don't know what did she mean buy "it should" because I did not receive any email providing confirmation, receipt or a tracking number for the shipment. and now they are on a Holiday, no one answers any phone calls and she is not replying to my emails :/ .. She was very cooperative and passionate about the job. But still, I don't know if my ECU is on its way or they didn't ship it yet :/ its already been a week since they got the ECU :/ .. i hope they have shipped it, because if otherwise, I'd really be disappointed for having to wait until the Holiday finishes ( its not a holiday here and I'm both an Employee and a Student! its my daily use car not a second one :/ )

If you don't receive the part on 12/26, call them back and get the specifics - when shipped, tracking info, etc. Nail them down on where the order is and don't hang up until you get all the info you need. Other than that, not much else you can do at this point.

when does the christmas holiday ends? actually when do they start working again?

I tried to have my nearest APR dealer to the upgrade for me last week. After waiting for 2 hours (not to mention the 1 hour drive there and back) I was told that they couldn't do it because ALL the APR technicians were away for the holidays until the new year!

So four hours and tolls of wasted time because the entire company shuts down for two weeks - fantastic.

So in answer to your question, I was told they'll be back working Jan 2nd.
