Default AV jack?

Hi all...I have 2008 tt roadster 3.2 quattro. It has the navigation plus which says "included ipod interface" on the window sheet as well as the bose audio package. I cannot find an AV jack anywhere in the car. Did I really just over look it? Or is there no connection in the car? TIA

On my 2011 roadster, the 3.5mm jack input hole is in the center console "tray" immediately behind the cupholders. It is almost impossible to see in a roadster. It is in the tray "lip" closest to the cupholders and towards the passenger side

I don't think there was a 3.5mm input on the 2008 with NavPlus. The "included ipod interface" is a dock in the glovebox with the old 30pin ipod connector. If you did have a 3.5mm input, it will be in one of two locations:
  1. Under an AUX flap on top of the center console next to the 12v outlet
  2. On the lip of the tray holding the phone dock
You can see example photos of both versions in this thread: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/tt-...seats-2869702/

thank you! Yes, no aux for me. Do you know of any after market connectors that work to convert the 30 pin ipod to either 3.5mm or bluetooth? I bought a bluetooth one after to talking to the company support and I cannot get it to work. Any thoughts are welcome, just looking for a way to play music off android phone or iPad!

I have a Tune-2-Air module that plugs into the 30 pin connector and allows Bluetooth from the iPod to the radio. It is not as clean as the actual iPod interface as it mimics a cd in a virtual cd player, but it does allow for a Bluetooth connection to the radio.
