09 TTRS Convertible. Cannoct connect iphone to bluetooth.Audi not visible on phone?

Don't know for sure since that version of the TTRS was never sold in the US, but the TT models sold in the US had Bluetooth as an option in 2009 so maybe your TTRS did not have that option? Bluetooth was not standard equipment on any TT in the US until 2010.

Have you told the car to "forget" any prior phone? Then initiate from the phone.
