Default from what I have been able to find...

the GTI/A3 after market DPs and probably the stock ones too, are the same except for the hangers. If you go after market the GTI DP is much cheaper price wise you would just have to have the hangers redone. I beleive this is why the Miltek TT DP never shows the pic cuz its the same as thier GTI/A3 one only the TT one costs more.

Default ^^^ Truth. The DP in that link does not have a cat which happens to be the far most expensive part

Milet/AWE use a HJS 200 cell cat which are extremely high flowing and effective catalyst.

A DP without a cat will only work(without a check engine light) with REVO or APR stage 2 flahes. Stock or GIAC will throw a code.

Default my friend removed the cats and there is no check engine!

he removed both the downpipe cat and the mid. cat under the car. he did it on stock exhaust and didnt know about the check engine thing. i told him the light will go on, and i lost the bet lol! i still dont know why the check engine light did flash on his car. he is going catless for over a week now.

And are you sure that it fits? coz i'm gonna order one....
