Default EPC alert

I attended an Audi Performance Driving school this weekend which included 2x5 laps of a 4 mile track yesterday and 4x5 laps today. On the last corner of the last lap I lost power for a few seconds and the EPC symbol came on in the dash. I went to the pit under normal power. Restart the engine and the alert was gone. Drove 60 miles home at speeds up to 90 mph with no issues. Unfortunately I did not think to ask the several tuners at the track for an opinion before I left - dumb. Stopped by Autozone but they found no codes. According to the manual, the alert is for an engine electronics malfunction and it says if the alert stays ON, drive it to the dealer for service. I was planning to go on a 700 mile drive tomorrow. Trying to decide if it is a one-time stress glitch or should I take the wife's car? One internet write up of the alerts says "When a fault exists with the throttle pedal, throttle body, traction control and cruise control, the EPC warning light illuminates". I'm thinking the traction control got momentarily confused during the hard corner maneuver since they would not let me turn ESP off for this event.
