Fitment of Monroe Shock Absorber to Bilstein Coil TT

Default Fitment of Monroe Shock Absorber to Bilstein Coil TT
Hi all. My TTis running on Bilstein Coilovers, however the fronts needs replacement.
I could only find Monroe front shock absorbers. Would a front set of monroe shock absorbers fit the TT?
Would the ride height change between front- rear ratio?
