Going look at a '12 TTS 2.0T- Anything I should know?

In a couple days I'm ging to look at a '12 TTs, Red, automatic

1. 16,000 miles
2. always garaged,
3. good rubber,
3. fresh oil change
4. all maintenance done buy Audi w/ receipts
5. Everything working
6. Bose sound system
7. premium plus
8. heated seats
9. navigation
10. rear camera
11. one owner
12. no accidents
13. bluetooth
14. Rain sensing wipers
15. speed sensing wipers
16. head light cleaning
17. parking sensors

In short the car has as close to showroom as possible after years according to owner.

Based on what he has told me I'm planning on offering $24K~ish.

My question since I really know nothing about the TT's and admittedly little about Audi's of that generation, what is the historical issues is any with the TTS of that generation?
Should I be looking for anything in particular?

Any other advice appreciated.

Read this FAQ https://forums.fourtitude.com/showth...-MK2-TT-a5-FAQ. As stated in the FAQ, mag ride shocks go bad due to age, not mileage, and are very expensive to replace.
