Default Good candidate for a replacement factory head unit?

Hoping to replace the factory installed bose concert head unit (non lcd screen) with something a bit more modern. Would this be a good candidate replacement head?

That should work. You'll need new harnesses and adapters I'm sure. Try looking at these links for more information,
Connects2 Ltd
or here
enfigcarstereo.com

I often wished I'd replaced ours rather than adding the Dension to the existing head unit.
Enjoy shopping!

Yeah that will definitely work, i got the appradio don't use cds so this worked for me and it gives it a great look. Steering wheel controls work as well but you do need the harness and adapters.

Just to confirm what company did you go through for the harness?

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I have picked up a 2330NEX and all of the relevant harnesses from enfit. I also did read the battery drain post and am now curious about this car possibly having an aftermarket in the past. I noticed a small, nicely installed switch directly under the factory faceplate. Really has me wondering if it wasn't a possible kill switch for a deck.

At any rate I am going to investigate the switch and the rest of the setup once the harness arrives.

Cheers
