Iphone Connectivity
I have a 2012 TTS that I recently purchased. I was easily able to connect my Bluetooth which works fine for calls but not music. I've read that's a shortcoming with the NaviPlus. I tried to connect an older iPhone to the glove box connector, but that didn't work. Has anyone found an easy solution to stream music from their iPhone. I'd love Apple CarPlay but I'm not wanting to replace the current system.
THANKS!

If all you are looking for is to connect to the radio via Bluetooth to your phone for music, and you have the wiring already in your glove box for a CD changer, you might want to consider a Tune-2-Air interface. I use one of those in my '13 TTS. It allows you to connect your phone or iPod to the radio for music, but it emulates a CD changer so you don't get track info or that sort of stuff. However you can use the radio and the steering wheel buttons to control the music and source and it reconnects on start up.. I find it best to load up a playlist and use that rather than try to navigate otherwise. For some reason Audi decided radio functionality wasn't a priority in the MKII TT and we have last century technology there.
