Mk3 TT steering wheel finally installed into my mk2 and works great!!!
Well it took a while to get all the parts but it’s all done and works great!!!
Found some great guys along the way and had amazing prices for the parts. And want to thank them.
Modernizes up the interior nicely and now waiting on the WiFi chip so that the start button can be used instead of the key!!!! Hopefully it will be ready soon!!!
I have full full steering wheel control and the Siri button works great! Overall couldn’t be more happy! Audi mk3 steering wheel adapted to the mk2 TT all button controls work from the mk2/. With aftermaket stereo now has Siri button control.
That's a pretty cool mod. Do all the functions work on the wheel? And you'll be able to go keyless? How cool is that.
yea all the same functions I had work just the same. Only a few options don’t work because I don’t have the options but I’m looking at going with the simpler button controls that came off the cheaper wheel. That way I should have close to no buttons that don’t have any function. I found a guy in Poland that sells these wheels for super cheap, this one was around $900 shipped.
Without rhe start buttons and stuff it’s cheaper.
The guys in italy are working on a WiFi adapter so we can use the start button and the drive select should switch between sport mode and standard mode.
