Need advice: Euro plate mounting
All-
New to this forum and new to Audi. I have a 2008 TT S-line. I pulled off my front license plate bracket (US) and I want to mount my German tag/bracket. I posted a picture below...the German tag will still leave the front end "unfinished" (on the left and right side of where the Euro plate mounts)...what are some of my options here? Any suggestions/part recommendations would be very helpful! https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.aud...403f2ceaf6.jpg Look on the left and right of where the Euro plate mounts...I want a finished look...any suggestions? |
Lucky you who can use your Euro plate. I am in a two plate state and don't have that legal option. I had not looked for a Euro filler, but some of the vendors do have a regular filler (just a flat plate) that you could drill out for hardware. That might work out. I saw something like that at ECS tuning once when I was browsing thier site.

I honestly believe that you actually found a solution for your problem. This is what you basically need for your grille:
