Default Optimal tire pressure for thr 18" wheels?

the dealer swapped 18" wheels for free (car came with 17") when I bought my new leftover '08 Ibis Coupe last December.
Tire pressure is at what the driver door sticker says (for 17" though). Because handling is kind of.... off a little bit. I am starting to wonder if maybe 18" pressure should be higher.

could anyone with 18" tell me what their driver door sticker says? If it makes any difference I have Dunlop Winter Sport M3.

Thanks.

Default 32 PSI front, 29 PSI rear .. but check your manual. It's in there.

But, I have been putting a few pounds over that - TMPS went off yesterday - with temps around 7 degrees, I think the pressure recorded a bit lower from contraction, so put in around 34/31.

Sadly, the pressures on my door jamb do not match those in the manual. Poor QC, I think.

Default Manual = 18" and the doorjamb = 19"???

Manual is pretty generic

Nope, they're both tables, and they both include the 19" S-line wheel.

Default if you drove in NYC with those pressures in the winter on 18s...

you'd get lots of flats. ask me how i know....because i've done it.

now i'm rolling 35-38 in the winter on 18s...or else the potholes are gonna destroy more tires of mine. better traction with more pressure as well....

it really depends on where you live.

Default not true.....

rubber has a very different nature in 20 degrees and 70 degrees. different pressures are needed in different weather. 32 is too low for the winter...you're just gonna get worse traction and less control---and if you live in NYC, you're gonna ruin a rim and get a flat. COUNT ON IT!

they are not equivelant in functionality....

I misread your post. I thought you were implying that the unit of PSI somehow changed with temps.
