Suspension and tires and smiles
Hello friends, I recently installed a complete coilover kit followed by new rear wheel bearings, an alignment and Pirelli P7 Cinturato rubber all around. The suspension kit is the Eibach Pro-Street S complete with matched springs and height adjustable only. The goal was to obtain a sporty ride and slightly lowered stance with improved performance and comfort over stock. The Eibach delivers all of the above and I am thoroughly satisfied with the ride and handling. After driving several hundred miles to let the suspension settle I set the desired height and had the tires mounted and aligned. I can't sing enough praises about the Pirelli all-season tires. Dramatically reduced road noise over the Nexen CP672 tire. I prefer to run the stock wheel and tire size of 225/50/17 because more sidewall is more comfort over the deteriorating and broken roads throughout southern california. Pics to follow soon.

So, what are we talking about here? I assume it's not the shepherd or the truck in your avatar?
Where in the SoCal mountains are you? My son was living in Crestline and working at Lake Gregory before opting to go back to school. As a passenger, driving with a local thru Rim of the World and looking at that drop into the abyss, I nearly wet myself.

Hey that's cool! We are in Crestline close to the edge (rim) overlooking the abyss. The TT is a fantastic car to zip up and down the mountain and thru the various canyons. Here's a pic of the coilover suspension.
