Trouble with Top

Trouble with Top
Checked the motor (ok), checked fluid level (ok). Top unlocks from windshield, windows go down, flaps come up, top moves about an inch and stops??? Where are the relays or switches that tell the top to continue through the process? What PITA to work on!!! I'm over 70 and thought I might die in the trunk. Thanks for any help.

I also own a 2008 3.2 and have had my share of problems with the top until two years ago when, finally, both flap motors were replaced. No problems since. There have been many postings about the 2008 and its top problems. I was into the dealer at least once per season. Many moons ago there was a tech service bulletin about the 08 flap motors, but I couldn't get the dealer to service the car under warranty once the warranty period expired. Get the dealer involved.
