What is "The Secret" I'm very clueless if you can PM it to me!

I have a don't wash sign in my glove department as well , do you hand-wash her yourself as well?

If anyone's wondering, the part was suppose to arrive this Friday but it got delayed by customs till Monday. It's been 3 weeks so I went to talk to the service manager, I'm going to get a refund on this month's lease so it wasn't all a loss. Got to drive their A4 put 1000+ miles on it for free and getting my car back hopefully back to it's former condition.

Wow mine is literally in the shop at this moment because my driver's side rear seat wouldn't fold! The latch moves but does nothing. Apparently they had to replace the whole back panel for the seat to make it work. Glad I'm not paying for it!

And yes, it took about 3 weeks to get the parts for it. Luckily I had the car the whole time haha

Just this week I had the opposite issue a couple times on my passenger seat. It would unlatch to fold forward but then wouldn't re-latch until I played around with the latch strap which wasn't retracting. Between this and the ever widening gap in its seat-backshell (awaiting parts) I'm beginning to reconsider my acclaim for Audi interior quality. Oddly my frequently used driver's seat is fine, but my rarely used passenger seat has these issues. No excuse for seat flaws at this price point, or any for that matter.
