I wanted to hear your thoughts and experiences on the wrap for the Audi TT RS with XPEL Ultimate Stealth. I would understand you would need to wrap the whole car to keep the matte color uniformed through out the exterior of the car. My only fear of doing this even though it looks great would be peeling and revealing the underneath original finish. I would think the contrast would stick out like a sore thumb, thoughts?

Always wanted to see this color and car wrapped in stealth. I'm on the fence though after seeing it. Looks like they did a very nice job though.

Thank you for the link. I really like how your car turned out. I seriously considering changing from Nardo Grey to the blue based on your pictures. 4K is a bit to swallow, but thinking what you get out of it it may be looked at as a bargain. A protective film along with a color change is a great incentive compared to the cost. Been almost a year since you had it done, any regrets or suggestions? I did ready you had it done 1 day after you got the car. Sounds like the best way to go. My situation is I am picking up the car in Washington than driving to California. I would be trusting the Washington folks with the job, but moving to a whole another state. I really wanted the protection prior to the long drive, but I dont want to be in a situation where there may be a defect.

i sent an email to the shop in washington to see what they would say. It may be better to wait until I get to CA.

I had my Daytona Grey TTRS done in Xpel Stealth as well. Film looks amazing on the car.

Unfortunately, compared to the workmanship in that video, the Xpel place that worked on my car did not do a very good job.
