Default 2018 TT RS compatible winter mats?

Audi parts folks are still hemming and hawing about winter mat availability, anyone try out Weathertech winter mats last winter? I found a couple of Canadian companies with TT mats (matmetrics.ca, tuxmat.ca), but can't find any specs on the distance of the anchors on the TT vs TT RS to compare fitment...looking to not muck up our stock mats this winter.

I assume you are talking about the Audi OEM winter mats? if so there are plenty online available right now. PN is 8S1-061-221-041, quick check of eBay shows a few available still in the packaging for under $70US.

If you don't want to go OEM route, I have always found weather tech to be pretty good, they cover more than the OEM and have a larger border lip to contain the melted snow from sloshing over.

No, as the subject stated, we have a 2018 TT RS, and http://parts.audiusa.com does not list the TT S or TT RS Mk3 as compatible with the TT Mk3 mats, but I was asking if anyone with either model had actually tried the TT version to confirm (seen some posts that the Mk2 versions were cross-compatible, but nothing on Mk3). AOA said earlier this spring that they had them in the works, but we haven't seen any sign of them. With November looming I'm curious if anyone has tried any of the above Canadian 3rd parties. Again mate, thanks for trying to help, much appreciated--maybe I should have been more specific.

cant imagine the mats I mentioned not fitting the RS. It’s the same floorpan, I’m thinking that Audi made a change to the actual lettering (TT vs TTRS)? I could be wrong though.

damn near every TT comes with the rubber mats from the factory; if you dealer has one on the lot, give it a fit try.

or just go weather tech - for snow they are much better!

I've been using Weathertech for many years. Their "laser measuring" really is accurate.

All mats that fit the TT Mk3 will also fit the 2018 TTRS.

BTW, the only company that makes mats for TT MK3 rear seats is 3Dmaxpider (a Taiwanese company).

I bought a pair for my 2018 TTRS rear seats, fits great. I use OEM winter mats for the front.
