Default Bounce wit me

is it me or does the TT have a lot of vertical travel when driving at speeds above legally sanctioned levels? I was driving down 95 today and was noticing a considerable bounce when I was traveling over dips in the road. Is this normal? I was in auto mode at the time. Does dynamic mode make the ride stiffer? If not, any recommendations on how to make the ride more stiff?

I normally drink a case of beer before exceeding posted speed limits. Bouncing like a big ole blurry boat.

Nah, not me...safety first. Dynamic does reduce the bounce.

Check tire pressures, that can make a difference as well

Reported characteristic of the standard suspension.
Dynamic mode can't affect the suspension without Mag Ride which is only available on the TTS Coupe in North America (and RS when it arrives).

I will let others comment on aftermarket suspension upgrades, but there is an active thread on H&R Sport Springs.

I saw BK's post and pics of his TT post H&R springs and the TT looks amazing. But his posts indicated that it was same as stock, so I figured it wouldn't impact the bouncing. But maybe I'm wrong. (Likely I'm wrong).

Not excessively bouncy here in NYC in comfort. When I switch to Dynamic, it tightens up even more quite nicely. Running OEM summers.

I have only driven my car in dynamic since I got it, and the bounce was never bad. even with springs now after settling it feels great. but of course everyone has their own opinion on bounciness.

have u driven the car in dynamic? leave it for the day and see how it feels.

but we also comparing apples to oranges as mag vs fixed lol

I'm so annoyed that the Mag option is only available on the TTS.

Mag dampers doing their job, especially in Dynamic where their top priority is efficiently keeping rubber glued to the road.
