Super super easy....even an handicapped geek can do it-I did in about 2 minutes using a plastic disposable spoon as the prying tool. Thanks for the great design. I used the grip mount to start until I decide if the magnetic mount will hold if I put it toward the bottom of the phone? What do you think-will it hold if it's on the bottom 1/4 of the phone-iPhone 6 plus?

Couple pics with iPhone 5S and 6S Plus. I ordered a Mous case that has metal plate in it for full length so I can position it anywhere higher or lower in the mount. In the meantime, I will use the clamp until the Mous gets here. https://www.mous.co/cases/iphone/6plus-6splus/

Looks awesome guys! Thanks for sharing. The magnetic mount will not interfere with cell reception. If you intend to use Qi wireless charging then I recommend you use our Qi cradle holder. If you want to use the magnetic mount you will not be able to us the wireless because the metal plate that needs to be placed on your phone will interfere with the wireless unless placed low enough on your phone to clear the wireless charging spot. Trial and error. I hope this helps.

Final question, promise. I’m installing a JB4 and they provide a wireless connection to your phone to download maps etc. Is it possible to mount 2 phones in between the 3 vents? It would be convenient to have the JB4 phone “permanently” mounted between vent 2 and 3.

I never tried it but theoretically you can buy two mounts and install 1 between vent 1&2 and install the second between vent 2&3.
