New 2019 TT RS delivered in Knoxville, TN!
Hello Ladies and Gents,
Loving my new TT RS. Thanks to the team at Bluegrass Motorsports in Louisville for facilitating the whole process over the phone and texts. And for shipping and having this bad boy delivered the next day! LOVE driving this car. It’s not a daily driver for me or my wife so we smile and laugh every time we start it up. Ha! Even compared to some powerful V8’s we considered before landing on the TT, the exhaust note is sick! I think the one thing that I wish it had was memory power seats. Though, that’s not a huge deal. I love letting it warm up then dropping it in sport, dynamic and sport exhaust. Wow! What a machine. I don’t think many people know how truly powerful this car is. At red lights, so far, two different Honda’s with loud exhausts, a mustang and a WRX have wanted a piece and got whooped! Not impressive cars to beat I know, but that’s just it, for some reason every joe blow with an exhaust thinks they can take me but are probably left in complete shock. Lol. It’s fun. Now, to tune or not to tune? That is the question. It’s difficult and requires thought. APR for sure if it’s going to happen. Stage 1 ECU upgrade has ridiculous boosts. 98 HP increase according to my local dealer. But then you gotta think about possibly losing the limited power train warranty on a brand new car. Hmmmm. For twice the price, $2100 with labor, the APR Plus Stage 1 offers a more conservative 66 HP boost but APR takes over the power train warranty. Which is nice. So, roll the dice or pay the price? Tough one. Anyway, looking forward to contributing and discussing all things Audi. Cheers!

Very nice and just a few miles from from the Tail of the Dragon. After you get it broken in, it will take all comers on the Tail. The combination of short wheelbase and ample power makes it the tool of choice on the Tail.
