What I did is went to the dealer and got a quart of the recommended oil from the dealer to make sure it was the same used for oil change. The oil is full synthetic but the version used for VAG diesel engines that among other things contains more zinc than regular gas engine oil. I'm using LiquiMoly Top-Tec 4200 5W-30 in my RS3. Should work in the TTRS as well; it meets all the Audi specs.
