Presumably you are referring to the in-tire TPMS & display that is provided optionally in the TTRS? I'm not aware of anyone getting it working in a TT/TTS due to the firmware that is also required for MMI display of the all-4 tire status. There are some aftermarket solutions however but not annunciating on the MMI (typically rather phone app).

The TT/TTS and stock TTRS does of course have a TPMS but it is a high/low threshold alert which utilizes the ABS to calculate anomalies in wheel rotation.

You may also want to inquire/search over at Audizine.com as it's more of a modding site.

As Huey52 stated, here's a thread on the install:
Direct TPMS Retrofit

I'm not aware of anyone being able to get it to work on TT/TTS, either, but I would like to if it's possible.

I ordered the TPMS system from Nonda. It's display is on a phone, not on the car. I'll see how it works.

I think if you went into the system on a TT/TTS with Vag-com you would be able to find out rather quickly if the same long coding brought up the option in the MMI, just make sure to record your changes if you had to go back. I say to use vag-com (VCDS/OBD11) as it doesn't cost you anything to check out assuming you have acces to vag-com. If it works in the MMI I'd think installing the hardware (harness/antenna/TPMS sensors) would be the next step, then you'd be golden.
