Yes. Pretty much. All Haldex does is lock the rear axle to the front via clutches. If both axles have equal traction or if heavy throttle causes the Haldex to lock but there is no wheel spin at either axle then the torque split would be 50/50. The advantage to Haldex over Torsen is that traction LOSS at one axle does not reduce torque supplied to the other axle. A Torsen Car uses proportional torque splits to compensate for the available traction at each axle. There ARE advantages to this in that a car with more torque supplied to the rear axle than to the front can corner more neutrally because it does not overwhelm its front tires with cornering AND accelerating forces and surcumb to understeer as quickly.

Conversely you've likely noted that even in Manual mode the transmission will drivetrain-protect shift down as you aggressively near redline.
