The grille itself fits 100% plug and play... however, the lower spoiler does not mate to the ttts grille. The shop is having to modify the lower grille to fit.
It took modification to the upper and lower spoilers to mate the TTRS grille. Props to Stephen @ Blair Automotive in DFW for making this happen. NOT EASY but possible. The honeycomb matches perfectly with the stock TTS side vents.
Looks great and the shop did a great job modifying it to get it to work. Do you have any more info or pictures regarding what the shop did exactly to get the upper and lower spoiler to mate with the TT-RS grill?
Once you have the front bumper off and the TTRS grille in place it’s pretty easy to see what needs modified. There is a piece that holds the lower chin spoiler in place that you have to cut with a dremel to make fit... but once you shave off some plastic it bolts right up. Same for the top... you have to shave off some plastic on a piece at the top to get the grille to mate. Also, the screw holes at the top are slightly off... so you have to dremel just slightly to bolt it up.
You really just have to take the car a part and see it for yourself. Good news, it will work with the stock TTS front bumper.... a dremel.... some patience and a good shop.

WOW I've been waiting for this! Awesome job!! I have a TTS in white as well, now just need to save up some money....

Beautiful! I like this better than the Stock RS version as it doesnt have the license plate "band" across the middle.
