01039 code- Coolant leak?

01039 code- Coolant leak?
My low coolant light came on and I my reserve tank was just below the min line:
I see no coolant spills and this is the code I get:
01039 - Coolant Temperature Sensor (G2)
30-10 - Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent
If my coolant wasn't low I would say it is just the sensor, Is this probabbly just a small leak??

SO i get the coolant light, does that come on ONLY when coolant level is low or even if mixture is..
