1 engine fault found...

1 engine fault found...
I did auto scan with my 02 A4 2.0(NO T) with 17545-fuel trim: Bank 1 (ADD): System too rich
P1137-002-Lower Limit Exceeded-Mil On! I did read Block 32 and the reading is -5.8% and -0.5%. I knew the first reading is a bit low but I think somewhere between -9% to +9% is "Normal". I also read the MAP data which is also with normal range (around 3.5~ 4). Both O2 sensors are OK...What I needed to do in order to improve the -5.8% to a "better value"? It this the the cause of the fault, what else did I needed to look for...? Thanks for all of your valuable inputs. Thanks so much.

Block 32's data is normal and not the cause here
Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor going bad could be the problem here. MAF false air readings at idle is another possibility. A leaky fuel injector could be another. The EVAP purge valve is yet another.

I know, but his values are all withing spec. of +/- 10%
He must have some intermittent problem where they spike higher. But, his freeze frame doesn't capture that event either. I don't know what more to say.
