Hello, I was wnodering if someone could give me a little assistance.

I recoded my central locks for the safety locks and windows up/down via remote. However, I am experiencing this option to only work for a day or two before it stops working. I continously have to go back in and re-code the central locks for the functions to work again.

The wierd part is that the original code for the features are still displayed when I hook up the VAG to the car. The car is a 2003 A6 (C5).

I followed the directions posted to the T, I even tried teh recoding with the key in the ignition and out of the ingnition / door open and door closed.

Any ideas...?

No Fault Codes

When I go back in to the VAG, I have tried deleting the code and rentering it, just hit the "do it" button since the correct soft code is still appears, I have changed the code back to the original settings and saved them then switched it back to teh setting that I want and saved them.

No matter what I do teh function stops working but the soft code does not change. The only way I could get it working again is to go back in and re-save the existing settings.
