Default 2003 A4 Avant Alarm Problem

Is there anything else that can be done with VAG-COM to trouble shoot problems with my alarm system? Apart from codes, is there more testing that can be done to pinpoint the problem as far as broken wires or bad module? And where is the controller for the alarm located?
The problem I'm having is, alarm going off after locking and unlocking.
Thanks

Usually the DTCs give you a 1st glance followed by measuring values and in some cases output tests which will help confirming your findings.

We were able to find the problem with the DTC's it gave us. One was a bad horn and the other a broken connection. Water got into the connection rusting the contacts. This fixed the problem.
Thanks Sebastian
