91' V8q, I've been having stalling problems when shifting into reverse and drive...
and the only code that comes up on the fault code list is:
8-10 Lambda (Oxygen) Sensor intermittant
I have since replaced the O2 sensor with a non universal sensor and am still getting the error and stalling. the MPG readout on the computer doesnt stay near 12 MPG as though the O2 sensor was bad.
The measuring block readings are all normal accept for the Load (low around 23) and the Oxygen sensor adaptation (peaked at 255) which causes the Oxygen sensor reading to peak at 160.
What is causing this?

That O2 Sensor code is from the engine!
If you're having problems shifting, you need to scan the transmission! :-)
