After VAG I have an Xenon Not Adjusted DTC - help please . . .
I somehow triggered my Xenon dimming option during a VAG scan.
The DTC I'm throwing now is:
99445
1 Fault Found:
01539 - Headlights Not Adjusted
35-00 - -
And I have attempted (and successfully) reset to 020 or 050 in my attempt to adjust.
- YET -
The DTC comes back and the warning display beeps everytime I drive now! !
Any ideas on how to resolve? ? ?

Did you perform the procedure to reset the range controller "home" or basic setting position?
The DTC means the reference position point of the beam elevation servo motors is not calibrated in the controller module.

I followed procedure, manually adjusted height (not lateral), cleared DTC, but it came back
Group 1 reading under basic setting still says "adjust headlights"
Now, I can hear them move, and if I change from setting 20 to 50 (a6 through MY2000 versus A6/S6) I can hear and see them move.
So they are moving, but the code is not clearing.
I'm stumped.

You guys are the BEST -- after some private emails I was able to do a manual reset and clear the DTC - the DTC is gone and my xenons are perfectly aligned!
