Default Audi s5 rear brakes change without a battery charger.

so like a dumbass I tried to do the replacement without a battery charger thinking since the car is turned off.... well everything went fine. Closed the brakes and did a function test and it worked. Everything cycled so when I tried to start the car, I got the brake malfunction light then bunch of **** happened. Car completely died. All of the electronics like abs, seat control steering ect came up as malfunction. I figured it all the fault codes were due to battery being dead which I was correct. I hooked up a portable jump kit and everything came back on and fault codes all went away except low power supply. Car still won’t start with the portable jump kit attached but I think it’s cause the jumper is for small sedans. I don’t think it has much cranking amp but enough to jump my Honda Civic! Anyways, I don’t know what’s going on. Should I jump from my civic? Since it would be more cranking amps?

Also within ten minutes of hooking up the portable jumper to the Audi, it dies. So something is causing it to drain battery power like crazy.
