Can someone explain to me what this means..
I just got my car VAG'd this weekend and the following DTC was found
1 DTCs Found:
01616 - Signal Wire to Interior Monitor
49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent
Is this something important?

Think about it logically:
>1 DTCs Found:
One fault code.
>01616 - Signal Wire to Interior Monitor
There is some wire connected to your interior monitor (part of the alarm system).
>49-10 - No Communications - Intermittent
There is an intermittent problem, where the wire is not delivering the expected signal.
Which control module was this in?
