Can't read code cause of k line need help to bypass it
I have a 1999 a4 1.8t Quattro that's completely gutted and I removed the center console and radio so my best guess is it can't read from the obd2 cause of no power from the k line is there a way to get around this so I can clear the codes and pass inspection
