Change Logging
If VAG-COM (or a professional tool at a shop) is used to modify the computer in a car, is the change that is made logged? IOW, if I think the shop (or a seller if I am buying a used car) is messing with the car, is it possible for me to review changes made to the internal computer using a VAG-COM?

The car itself doesn't typically keep track of changes but the PC that made the changes may have a record in these folders:
C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs\
C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Debug\
C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Logs\
C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Debug\
