Convenience Option won't work with Keys. Any suggestions?
 

Hello, I just purchased a 2016 Q5 Prestige and it came with 2 key fobs. Operating the windows with the fobs didn't work so I did the following: Used Vag-com cable to enable bit 2 "Comfort Operation: Remote Control Active" and "Comfort Operation: Advance Key Active". I also made sure the keys 1 and 2 had the correct codes and in Adaptation the "Comfort Operation: Opening" values were correct.
After all that was done, I entered the MMI and turned on the windows and sunroof. But nothing. Can't get the windows to go up or down at all. Remote batteries are new. Any ideas? Thank you! Ted
